At this time, we do not offer climate-controlled storage. However, our units are clean, secure, and ideal for standard household and business storage needs.


4. What are your gate access hours?

Gate access is available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Extended access may be available upon request.


5. How secure is the facility?

Security is a top priority at USA RV & Storage. Our facility is fully fenced with gated access, security cameras, and on-site management to help protect your property.


6. Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No long-term commitment is required. All of our rentals are month-to-month to give you maximum flexibility.


7. Can I reserve a unit online or by phone?

Yes! You can reserve your storage unit or RV space by calling 435-255-3338 or through our website. We make the process fast and simple.


8. How do I make payments?

We offer easy payment options online, by phone, or in person. Auto-pay is also available so you never miss a due date.


9. Is insurance required for my stored items?

Yes, we require tenants to have insurance coverage for their belongings. You may use your own policy or purchase affordable coverage through our partners.


10. What items are not allowed in storage?

Hazardous materials, flammables, explosives, perishable food, and illegal items are strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

1. Do you offer covered or uncovered RV parking?

We currently offer uncovered RV parking spaces, perfect for short-term or long-term storage of motorhomes, trailers, and other vehicles.


2. What sizes of RVs or vehicles can you accommodate?

Our facility can accommodate a wide range of vehicle sizes, including large RVs, fifth-wheels, trailers, and boats. Please call to confirm space availability for your vehicle.


3. Is the RV parking space pull-through or back-in?

We offer a mix of pull-through and back-in RV spaces to suit your parking preferences and maneuverability needs.


4. Are there electrical hookups or dump stations available?

We do not currently offer electrical hookups or dump stations. Our facility is strictly for storage purposes.


5. Can I access my RV anytime, or are there specific hours?

You can access your RV during our gate hours: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week.


6. What security measures are in place for RV storage?

Our RV storage area is within a secure, gated facility equipped with video surveillance, perimeter fencing, and lighting for added protection.


7. Is long-term RV storage available?

Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term RV storage. Our month-to-month leases provide flexibility no matter how long you need the space.


8. Can I store boats or trailers too?

Yes! We welcome boats, trailers, ATVs, and other recreational vehicles. Just check with us to make sure we have the right space available.
